starlit design is an independently run creative studio crafting brand experiences across strategy, identity and space.

Our work spans positioning, visual identity, packaging, spatial branding, digital experiences, storytelling and animation.

Our structure is intentionally personal. The person you meet is the person who leads the work — from first conversation to final delivery. It’s a model built on trust, creative clarity and long-term relationships.

Anne is the voice of clarity between client and creative. With a background in communications and global brand partnerships, she brings warmth and insight into every exchange. She’s deeply involved in strategy and creative development—ensuring projects are aligned, original, and results-driven.

Zilla

Designer • Illustrator

Zilla leads with intuition, clarity, and creative insight. With a background in visual communication and over two decades of experience, she brings structure to ideas and stories to strategy.

Willem

Designer • Storywriter

Willem bridges the gap between concept and execution. With a career spanning identity systems, advertising, and information design, he’s known for his human-centred approach to problem solving and his ability to distil complexity into elegant, impactful design.

Johan

Designer • Motion Graphics

Johan keeps the engine running—and the visuals moving. With a background in business management and a passion for animation and motion graphics, he bridges finance and creative. He ensures Sorted’s ideas flow smoothly from concept to screen.
